The Association Amigos de las Salinas de Interior is an independent, private non-profit making organization dedicated to defending, investigating, retrieving and disseminating the natural and cultural values of the salt landscapes, in particular in the inner salt working sites, through studies, technical advice, publications, meetings, conferences, training courses, workshops, guided tours, exhibitions and other similar efforts. The geographical scope of the actions is international as joint projects have been developed with academic institutions, public administrations and companies from Europe and America.
